The BMS performs a similar role by safely regulating the energy that is carried through the cells inside a battery pack. It can also communicate information back to the end-user. BMS can protect a battery pack or host device from various events, depending on what hardware is selected or required for a particular application. It keeps the battery in a constantly prepared state, always ready to power the application the moment it becomes necessary. Moreover, this significantly extends the battery lifespan and reduces unnecessary downtime.
Our in-house design BMS constantly monitors the key operational parameters during the charging and discharging process. The actual status of voltages, currents, and temperatures are converted into high-precision SOC(State of Charge) indication, battery health and communication protocols.
