Tatung Smart Home Cloud Service PLUS starts by serving users and continuously innovating IoT applications to allow users to experience digital life.
Creating smart AIoT application services under a secure cloud infrastructure. In addition, the edge computing concept with distributed architecture also applied to improve the control efficiency of terminal equipment, fully exerting operating efficiency and service quality.
Tatung¡¦s smart home mobile app combines Tatung¡¦s years of product sales and development experiences and integrates the AIoT concept to allow consumers to easily realize home automation.
Not only can smart appliances be controlled wirelessly and remotely, they even combine smart gateway, sensors and environmental information.
In terms of the safety and management for the electricity usage of appliances, anomaly detection and notification are also provided; after-sale services and other functions are also integrated to provide consumers with thoughtful services that they can actually experience, allowing consumers to purchase and use the products with peace of mind.

(1) Smart energy-saving manager: Learn electricity usage, estimate electricity bills and record electricity consumption in real-time.
(2) Wireless remote control: Control appliances wirelessly and remotely with smart devices such as smartphones and tablets.
(3) Personal scenario mode: Use the APP to preset preferred scenario modes.
(4) Smart cooking: The ¡§Smart cooking¡¨ mode of Tatung AI Smart Pot allows you to remotely control the electric pot to start cooking before you reach home.
(5) Smart services: Cloud system services detect environmental issues and the operation statuses of devices proactively and notify users through the APP. For example, the filter of the air purifier needs to be changed or the water of the dehumidifier is full and other statuses.
(6) Smart diagnosis: When the cloud service system detects device abnormalities, the APP will prompt and notify the user of the abnormal status.
(7) Smart assistant: Automated items are created based on the usage habits of the consumer; for example, switch off the air purifier automatically when detected the air quality is good. It notifies users of the statuses proactively based on personal usage habits along with applications such as linked switchgear etc.
(8) Voice control: Integrated five major domestic and foreign voice control devices; simply use the Tatung voice control smart appliance to enjoy an energy-saving, smart and convenient new life.
