Our smart storage is a new access concept of "goods to person," which can develop the materials on the traditional shelves upward, saving the plane space and effectively using the space upward.
The storage unit of the smart storage is the pallet, and the Z-axis in the middle of the smart storage (viewed from above) is used to move up and down, while the front and back of the pallet are the storage positions. Each pallet will go through automatic height measurement when entering the storage, and the system will know the highest height of each pallet and adjust the height of the storage position flexibly in a timely manner to make full use of the upward storage space of the factory.
